We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Whether it is a wetsuit that doesn't fit or a boardshort that isn't your style, we make the process seamless for every surfer.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is clean and unworn.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
